Research: Based on our in-depth understanding of and empathy
with the Client Company, environment and personalities directly
involved
with the prospective appointee, we then commence our search:
The individuals with the desired quality are usually not seeking
a new position: therefore, they must be sought out. Our process
is to methodically research and analyse the companies and/or
market sectors that we, in conjunction with the client, have
identified as being the most likely current locations of our
candidates.
We then approach these individuals directly to ascertain their
relevance for the job and level of interest. We will then arrange
a face-to-face interview between the prospective candidate and
ourselves. We are seeking those who not only meet with the vacancy
specification, but who have established repetitive patterns of
accomplishment and success in like positions.
Completion: Following face-to-face interviews, a short list
of candidates best suited to the position and who have a genuine
interest will be drafted. The short-listed candidates will then
be presented to the Client for interview.
